Can-Med Clinical Research keeps of list of Dr. Pommerville’s patients who have consented in writing to allow Can-Med research personnel to access their medical records to pre-screen them for potential eligibility for future clinical trials.
 
Protection of patient privacy is paramount at Can-Med, therefore only those patients who review and sign a release form which enables this access are included on this list.  
 
If you have consented and are on the list, your records may be reviewed for eligibility in a clinical trial.  If you appear to be eligible, the research coordinator will contact you to describe the study and if you are interested a copy of the consent form will be provided to you to review.  If interested, you will then be asked to come to the office to participate in the full informed consent process.
